The Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair requests that guests comply with all security measures and cooperate with the security teams — refusal may result in being denied entry.

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted, and all will be searched on entry. Non-clear bags may undergo additional checks, while small bags, like ladies’ purses, are allowed but will be inspected. It’s best to leave any larger bags or prohibited items at home or in your car to avoid losing them.

The Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair uses mobile entry only. You will need your mobile device to gain access, so please charge it and turn up the brightness. Emailed or printable tickets are not accepted. 

Smoking policy at The Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair

The venue is non-smoking at all times. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and electronic cigarettes inside the building. There is a designated smoking section available outside on the deck, but it is not accessible at the beginning of shows.

Age requirements vary by show. Of course, for alcohol purchases, attendees must be 21 or older, and ID is required at the bars. Please check your specific event guidelines regarding age restrictions when booking your tickets.
